- 요약In lieu of a written dissertation, three recital programs of euphonium and tuba music were presented. The three dissertation recitals performed were a culmination of doubling on euphonium and tuba and repertoire selections that may be suitable for future students and performers. Each program featured standard literature on both instruments from a diverse range of time periods and styles, as well as music for unaccompanied euphonium, tuba and electronics, and new works for tuba and euphonium. The hope is that these programs will inspire future euphonium players to double on tuba for future career goals and music-making fulfillment.Sunday, December 2nd, 2023, 12pm; University of Houston, Moores School of Music, Choral Recital Hall.
