- 요약Adolescents are in a constant state of change in various aspects of their lives. They are also particularly vulnerable for developing internalizing problems, specifically anxiety and depression. Though common, schools are still struggling to effectively identify and serve adolescents struggling with internalizing problems. Although secondary students have been included in some work regarding their perspectives of various aspects of education, there is limited research considering their perspectives of school-based mental health (SBMH) services to improve SBMH for students with internalizing problems. This qualitative study seeks to gain secondary students' perspectives on mental health, the effectiveness of current SBMH services, and what they continue to desire. Using a reflexive thematic analysis, this study seeks to enhance SBMH practices for students who often get overlooked within the education system.
