- 요약This study recounts the purchase of a national treasure, an organ built in 1872 by a famous firm. The reasons, means of payment, and trends for the purchase of such organs in the African American church are discussed, and also the recent change in African American music tastes, leading to a decrease in the interest of those churches to continue to purchase organs.
