- 요약Holography provides one of the most powerful frameworks for investigating quantum gravity. An important realization of this principle is the duality between quantum gravity in anti-de Sitter (AdS) spacetime and conformal field theories (CFTs) defined on its boundary. Among the outstanding challenges in quantum gravity is understanding the description of black hole interiors. A central theme of this thesis is to examine how features of the black hole interior are encoded in large N CFTs. We demonstrate that perturbations following nontrivial trajectories within the black hole can affect the scrambling dynamics, and that analytic continuations of simple boundary correlators reveal imprints of the black hole singularity. Another focus of this thesis is the study of bulk causal structure through its boundary manifestations. Specifically, we investigate a novel class of bulk cone singularities---singularities in CFT correlators arising from bulk causal structure---and reproduce them through explicit CFT computations.
