A Chinese character pattern memory 3 delivers a prescribed Chinese character pattern signal MP in accordance with the code MS and the signal SS which are delivered from the part 2. An optional character pattern memory 4 delivers a prescribed optional character display pattern signal GP in accordance with the signals GS and SS delivered from the part 2. |

MESSAGE VISUAL AND AUDIBLE DISPLAY SYSTEM / NEC CORP (PURPOSE) To send an accurate message by displaying a message sequentially to a telephone set having a message visible/audible display section at a designated time. (CONSTITUTION) A message content, a designated extension and a time are registered in advance in a computer(COMP) 7. The COMP 7 starts an interface package(IP) 6 at a designated time to send extension information. The CPU 2 closes switch network parts(NWP) 8, 9 to form a route of multi-function telephone set (DTEL) 4-line circuit (DLC) 3-switch network (NW) 8-(NW)9-SS5. Then the COMP 7 sends voice information and character information to the IP 6. The CPU 2 sends the voice information to the SS 5, the character information to the DLC 3 and the voice is outputted from a speaker 41 of the DTEL 4 through a path of SS5-NW9-NW8-DLC3. Moreover, the character is displayed on a visual display section 42 of the DTEL 4 via the DLC 3. |

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROCESSING PICTURE / MITA IND CO LTD (PURPOSE) To simplify the method and constitution of a picture processing by using the square value of a density change value as a first judgement value and using a value obtained by adding the first judgement value as a second judgement value. (CONSTITUTION) Data of a present line from a shading correction circuit and data of a line B, a line C, a line D from SRAM 21 are inputted to an area separation circuit 5. The picture element of the line C is set to be a notice picture element, and it is judged to which area among a character area, a dot area and a half tone area the notice picture element belongs. An area judgement data generation part 31 calculates a secondary differential value S, the square value SS of the secondary differential value S and the sum ΣSS of the square value for five nearby picture elements. The respective values of S, SS and ΣSS value generated in a data generation part 31 and the thresholds held in an area judgement register group 32 are inputted to a first area judgement part 41. The judgement part 41 compares the SS value and the ΣSS value with the thresholds, and generates a flag SSF where the notice picture element shows the picture element of the character area. |
